Amanecer Consulting can help organisations and individuals design, deliver and evolve services which meet the needs of the individual and their family, staff supporting them and which are financially sustainable.
Our focus is on finding the right solution for people who need support - knitting up services, pathways and funding streams to find the right solution for individuals in a highly personalised way. We exist to help people have the best life possible with social connection, happiness and control over their surroundings. We do this with public sector bodies, housing organisations and health and social care charities.
Our client base includes families and individuals, commissioners from local authorities, NHS Foundation Trusts and CCGs, and providers from a range of disciplines including housing associations, care providers and organisations providing support to individuals at home or in an accommodation-based setting.
About Amanecer Consulting
Irmani Smallwood, Amanecer Consulting’s first employee, brings over 20 years’ experience of housing, health and social care in the UK. She has over 14 years’ senior management experience, over 10 of those at Director/Executive Level. She also sits on the Board of Refugee Action.
Irmani also draws upon a wide base of associate consultants in specialist areas from housing to health to specialist areas of care, alongside a dedicated and professional team of interpreters.
We are currently recruiting for junior staffers to help build our capacity.
